Started on “Beyond Infinity” yesterday, up in Taree at Jim Frazier’s farm shooting lens tests with his new prototypes. These will be even better than the Frazier Lens System he developed back in the nineties with Panavision. A nature documentarian’s wet dream.

The documentary, the subject of which is almost as top secret as Jim’s new lens designs, will see us traveling to Singapore, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, England, France and even a few places off the map as we shoot the documentary on our Red ONE, utilising a combination of Frazier Lens prototypes and professional film optics to create a highly visual storytelling experience that mirrors the playful and creative life of one of the industry’s most highly respected inventors (Jim’s won countless awards, including an Emmy and an Oscar for technical achievement).

We will be interviewing a range of people from CSIRO physicist types, to Hollywood royalty, and we’ll be working with CNN journalist May Lee.
